While in college way way back in 1988 when, you know (or maybe you don't know), bicycles had down tube shifters and pedals with toe clips and straps (oh, and mountain bikes didn't yet discover front suspension at all...we raced on a fully rigid bicycle), Jeff either became envious, jealous of his bicycle racing roommate OR just fell in love with the bicycle! So much so, that that very summer he was blind-sided by an epiphany called "bike lust" which became an addiction and for 30 years so far, a way of life!
He began his cycling job career shortly after picking up his first "real" bicycle (a Peugeot 10 speed), working at the Bike Barn in Clear Lake/Houston Texas, where he remained full and part time until 1993. From the manager and owners there, he learned to build bikes, repair and overhaul bikes, sell bikes like a maniac (because he loved bicycles and loved that people wanted to start a relationship with the sport) but just as importantly, he was a giving and caring person that made customer service a natural, not a struggle.
Even today, he has to be smacked around a little by his loving wife to not just give away all this passion without at least making ends meet, but he really is in cycling for the love of the bicycle and the sport. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance and many coaching/fitness certifications, Jeff worked a few years as an exercise physiologist in Houston, but really missed the actual bicycle industry.
Since then, he has always had his hand somewhere in the industry, be it as a bicycle industry or factory rep, owner of a coaching group (owner of Cycle Camp USA Florida Territory) or personal trainer for those just beginning in their new found passion of riding. Here is more on Jeff's life in cycling, but hey, who cares really...just go out and ride some instead!:

Suzanne just stands around looking pretty, tightening a bolt here and there and lending a helping hand when necessary! She is a 1992 graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in communications and a degree in biology. She is a Special Education teacher in the CCISD school district. She has seen the happiness that her husband experiences when riding and has recently taken up riding as a hobby herself. Her first bike was from Santa for her 5th Christmas. It was a lime green Schwinn with a white banana seat and a bright orange flag!
